Ronin peed in the potty!!!

Also, farting without a diaper on is the funniest thing ever, according to him.

Finally, damn this kid can talk!

A day late, but I do hope everyone who celebrates had a merry xmas.  Ours was nice . . . the plague that's been following us gave us a short reprieve so that we could enjoy our xmas eve and xmas day.

The kids were totally spoiled, as we knew they would be.  Some of Rylie's favorites are her pig, her wooden pirate ship, her magic set, her Baby Alive (oh yuck), and everything really . . . she has been going crazy for all her stuff.  Ronin also really liked everything he got.  He smiled at all his presents and has been fairly amused playing with many of them.  Oh, and he took his first real steps today . . . steps that weren't aimed at the floor!  He's also been so so talkative lately, saying mama and dada and baba, whatever that means.

Mike and I were also pretty spoiled. He and the kids gave me a silver bracelet that is printed with, "Protect Nature ~ Abolish Adoption."  It was something I'd asked for and didn't expect to receive since it was somewhat pricey.  I also got three www.mushycat.com shirts, several books, an adorable winter hat, and a moose picture from my mom that shows two moose in the forest and one of the trees looks like it was engraved with "Mike + Jess."  I can't wait to hang it up.

Mike was excited about his paintball gun from me and the DVD recorder my mom gave him.  He also seemed to like the books I found on DVD burning, since that's his new obsession.   He hates to read but he'll do it when he's really into something, and he's been quoting obscure DVD tidbits at me for two days now.

I have to upload our pictures.

Did I mention I hate working?  I just want us all to have a week off to enjoy the holiday, play with our new toys, and most of all -- be fucking lazy.  We have not had nearly enough time to just play lately.
